Job Position: Manager - KYC (Know your Customer)

Job Purpose
To plan and achieve KYC (Know Your Customer) objectives as laid down by the business and the regulator. Implement the state-of-art Technology, lay down processes mapping to business policies, support and manage the Operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the strategy and the implementation of the approved KYC Systems roadmap
• Engage internal business units, S1 partner/3rd party ISV in the phases of innovation, analysis and proposals
• To drive/support the business units to arrive at appropriate decision points
• Capacity planning 
• Ensure the entire solution is  well documented (processes, policies & procedures) and updated at all times.
• Liaise with the supporting teams for effective service delivery.

Project Management

• Effective liaison with all stakeholders to obtain alignment and commitment to implementation of the Projects related to KYC
• Track Business Systems Transformation projects and implementation in alignment with budgeted costs and delivery time frames.
• Prepare timely and accurate data entries for all submissions as required.
• Ensure management and control of project changes from scope, deviations from specifications, costs, scheduling and timely contingency planning.
• Responsible for managing all prospective and new relationships. 

Manage ISV and third party relationships:- Vendor management

• Provide input in proposal process identifications ensuring business compliances as required
• Liaise with all Airtel vendors to ensure deliverables are met within the necessary requirements and business standards
• Ensure SCM involvement in the process of potential engagements that would be useful in driving VAS and data.
• Liaise with the Legal function to ensure collaborative and contractual obligations are managed efficiently closing deals with signing of necessary paperwork (MOUs; contracts; SLAs; NDAs; etc.) including proper documentation hand-over and sign offs.

Manage Technical deliverables of the KYC initiative

• Provide end to end support on technical integration the KYC systems (Billing System, Provisioning, SMSC, DWH etc..)

Skills & Knowledge

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills

• Bachelors in Engineering or Computer science
• Project Management qualification will be an advantage
• Understanding of GSM network, SMSC, Billing Systems, SoA, Dataware house/MIS systems, Architecting & Solutioning.

Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)

• 5+ years of Managing Telecom Business Solutions in Telecom/IT environment
• 2+ years of Project management experience

Responsibilities
Our Company seeks to employ an Customer Service Officer to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Receiving fault calls from clients and resolving same at first level of troubleshooting and document appropriate processes taken to resolve fault.
• Generate necessary periodic reports for both internal and external use.
• Responsible for orderly second level fault handover to Field Service Engineer (FSE) and follow up to ensure that open ticket is successfully closed within specified performance limits.

Requirements:

• A university degree in a related field
• 2 years plus experience in Customer Service for an ISP Personable with knowledge of IP network in datacomms organization.
• Successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and maintain a cheerful disposition
  Candidate must possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualification:

• PRINCE2 Certification an advantage

• Direct the implementation and maintenance of efficient management information system for ESS operations in the assigned region.
• Coordinate data gathering for the duration of NEPA (Local Power Source) power outages, power consumptions for the rural and urban BTS/TX sites including the switching centres within the assigned region.
• Monitor maintenance contracts for regional contractors.
• Ensure continuous improvement of processes and procedures to foster efficiency of ESS operations within the assigned region

Required Skills:

• Four (4) years experience in design, implementation and maintenance of power and cooling systems in telecommunications industry

Qualification:

Required Skills:

• 4 years work experience which includes:
• 3 years experience in data analysis
• Object oriented development experience, java and/or Python
• Experience with technical activities with heavy reliance on data analysis skills, such as data conversions, systems integration, or data warehousing
• Experience with programming and scripting in a UNIX environment, including database experience
• Fundamental SQL programming skill
• Experience in implementing/operating operational and business support software (OSS / BSS)
• Data storage and management techniques

Qualification:
