Job Description:

• Collate  quarterly deliverables, track and report budget , prepare OPEX accruals schedule and trend analysis
• Review of all Facilities & Support Services requisitions to ensure compliance with proper classification, authorization and procurement requirements
• Liaise with Facilities units to ascertain job completion status for open purchase order management
• Prepare an OPEX cost model per location for budget analysis and control
• Process and track of utility bills for payment
• Carry out weekly/monthly review of Facilities & Support Services OPEX transactions in the general ledger to ensure proper classification into appropriate cost centres and account
• Identify and investigate major overspend areas and liaise with Finance Operations in reviewing activities leading to over/under spend
• Generate monthly OPEX variance report and track movements of OPEX transactions

Required Skills

• At least 4 years experience
• Experience in  data management/management information reporting will be an added advantage

Qualification

• First degree or equivalent in social sciences preferably in a Finance-related discipline from a reputable institution
• A professional qualification in a Finance-related discipline
